I am generally a medium, but ordered a large so I could wear over a sweater. The vest runs really large and if I was going to keep, I would have exchanged for a medium.
So I recommend going down a size or two depending on how you want it to fit. It has zipper pulls on the front and the pockets and a flap of material over the zipper for protection from the weather.
The 1 big problems with this jacket and I don’t understand, is there is no inside pocket. Also the outside pockets are not lined.

My cheaper Columbia has all these features. With these missing features it would be the best winter vest on the market.

I think these are seconds or??? I wear a medium 5’4″ and The medium was so small I couldn’t even get the zipper to even touch the other side.
Plus, I had to pay to ship it back, not a happy camper.
