I came here because I saw they were having a huge sale and I really needed some warm clothing. First off, the customer service was great.

The staff was very helpful, a team member named Wilmer was the one helping me and was super nice and he knew his stuff.
I’m going on my first hiking trip so he guided me as to what I would need on the trip. The deals at this outlet are great not to mention that it’s also big, I would say a little bigger than the Premium outlets located near the Disney area.
Both locations are great but this one is bigger and located near more shops so I like the convenience. The only thing this outlet is missing are base layers, gloves and socks.
I was really hoping to buy base layers but nothing. The guy said they dont really get shipment for that.

During this visit, I bought a backpack, a hoodie, and a toddler’s fleece jacket. The backpack was a bit pricey, but it was worth it, as I could tell that the material would hold up carrying books and a laptop.

North Face has a great reputation but beware of buying at this location. Today we were shopping their sale. Just out of curiosity we wondered what the printed retail price on the tag was, so we could see how much of a deal we would be getting.
We confronted the salesman manager? The story was ridiculous. He ended by saying don’t worry, it all works out it the end.
Well, it may work out for the North Face store, but I don’t think customers are getting the deals they think they are. Shop here with caution, google what the retail prices actually are or peel back the sale sticker to see what the “original printed retail price” is.

On our recent visit, we intentionally arrived there around 10am when they first opened on a Sunday. There was plenty of parking to be had and we were able to park right behind this store!
They had a great sale going on. When you look at what the original prices are on the tags and then what the “outlet price” is you may not be sold at first.

But if you come during a big sale with the additional savings, it’s well worth it. I picked up a lightweight jacket that could be worn during a “cool” Florida night as well as a heavier coat for our trip to the Northeast.
Definitely a good deal. They also sell other accessories for colder climates. The only downside would be that sizes seem to be whatever is out on the salesfloor.
My husband had his eye on a coat but they didn’t have his size. I marveled that they actually had people on the salesfloor asking if we needed assistance.
That’s usually not common in an outlet setting so that was a bonus. The line at checkout built up quickly but employees recognized that right off and added a cashier to ease up the wait times.

This is a must stop every time I go to Florida. They have jackets at amazing discounts. There aren’t too many outlets I feel I need to visit when I’m in town, but this one is definitely up there.
They do their best to keep the store in order, but towards the end of the day on a weekend, I expect to do a bit of searching.
Friendly staff, always a good store to pop into! The North face outlet is large and has tons of inventory.
They also have some truly great deals on quality outdoor wear and equipment here. I like the brand and have been using them for years.

My wife has a winter vest as well as a thinner jacket and several hoodies, all of which came with a steep discount.
Gloves, hats, ski suits, backpacks I’ve been North Face outlets in other cold-weather states and the discounts aren’t as impressive as they are here in Orlando.
Will be returning next time I’m in the area. The people that work here aren’t organized and aren’t very costumer friendly.
I just had a situation where the man working wouldn’t give me the proper discount that an employee vouched to give the day before even though online it has that discount.
Do not purchase anything from here unless you absolutely have to. Typical North Face Store. The store doesn’t have a lot for kids, but the prices are well below what you would see in department stores.
