The staff member was friendly and made casual conversation as he processed the purchase. He asked if I wanted to wear the item or bag it; I chose to bag it.
Overall, we had a positive experience. Despite the minor hangar annoyance, we found what we were looking for and the staff were friendly. Their items are a bit pricey, but the quality of the products makes it worth it.
The North Face outlet specializes in outdoor apparel for men, women, and children. The items are very durable, but pricey.
The store is well stocked, but spacious.

My North Face backpack had been through a lot, and it’s still going strong. Great stuff, great store, and helpful employees. The best deals at this outlet are at the beginning when you first walk in, that’s where you’ll find the cheapest things in the store.
I love north face jackets, hoodies and their work out clothes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful when looking for sizes and styles.
The markdown on the apparel here are great.
They have plenty of selection for men, women and kids with lots of sizing in stock. You can’t beat any of the prices here.
The store itself was clean and organized, which is rare for outlet stores. I love the brand.
But the new sale is ridiculous. They up the price and marked the discount.
They blacked out original price and put new price. You can still find some that has the original but most of them are marked up.
Very disappointing in this tactic. The staff are friendly and courteous but for a such establishment they shouldn’t be tricking the customers.
A great Sunday afternoon visiting this awesome and friendly store with great discounted prices I was helped by two wonderful souls with my jackets Shady and Stacey were so helpful ,courteous ,and overall great service.
